Abstract

The wave of digitalization of economies is considered the fourth industrial revolution, creating socio-economic opportunities, but which requires numerous adaptations in the policies implemented in order to benefit from its benefits. Morocco quickly became aware of its challenges and has been committed to the path of digital transformation for years, by implementing national programs to support the development of Digital. The digitalization process has been accelerated by digital solutions applied to limit the impact of the health crisis on the Moroccan economy. However, obstacles persist because digital transformation depends on talent in the field. On the one hand, professions are experiencing technological changes, some appear and others disappear. On the other hand, new recruitment and job search practices are taking hold. In our article, we seek to know how the digitalization policy adopted by Morocco affects the labor market. To do this, we addressed the need to equip human capital with digital skills. We then synthesized and analyzed the studies which focused on the evolution of the recruitment process as well as new job search methods. Our ambition is to take stock of the situation and detect certain obstacles that hinder the success of the digitalization policy. And finally debate certain proposals to make digitalization a lever for employment.
