To improve rural incomes and build resilience, it is essential to diversify the economic base beyond traditional agriculture by incorporating sectors like manufacturing, rural tourism, and artisanal production. This research, focused on the Fez-Meknes region of Morocco, examines the impact of results-based management (RBM) on agricultural equipment initiatives. By employing logistic regression to analyze data from rural communes, the study reveals that RBM positively affects both agricultural productivity and broader sustainable rural development goals. The findings highlight that the success of RBM depends on both fundamental factors, such as infrastructure and system organization, and contextual elements like local socio-economic conditions. Ultimately, RBM is identified as a strategic tool for promoting long-term rural sustainability.
