This article proposes a systematic literature review to explore how industrial policies strengthen organizational resilience as a performance factor in a changing industrial environment. Industrial policies are seen as playing a crucial role in modernizing firms and enhacing their ability to cope with economic and technological crises. Research conducted in China, Italy, and other emerging economies demonstrates how these policies have fostered innovation, competitiveness, and long-term corporate performance. However, criticisms have arisen regarding excessive centralization and the unequal distribution of resources, which can create imbalances between sectors. This article also highlights the limitations of export-oriented policies and emphasizes the importance of more inclusive institutional reforms to optimize their performance. In summary, organizational resilience is heavily influenced by industrial policies, but their success depends on their flexibility, inclusiveness, and ability to be tailored to the specific needs of companies and industrial sectors. The study suggests that more consideration should be given to balancing state support with organizational flexibility to enhance industrial performance.
