This study examines how industry sector and capital origin influence the adoption of strategic agility among listed Moroccan companies. In a rapidly evolving economic context, strategic agility has become crucial for maintaining business competitiveness. Our research shows that moroccan companies in innovative sectors, such as information technology, and those with foreign capital exhibit a higher adoption of agile practices. In contrast, companies in more traditional sectors and those with national capital display limited agility adoption. These results highlight adaptability disparities based on sectoral and funding characteristics, providing concrete insights for executives aiming to enhance organizational responsiveness.
