This article presents a systematic literature review devoted to the digitalization of Human Resource Management (HRM) and its impact on organizational performance. The main objective is to determine a conceptual research model that integrates the key variables of HRM digitalization and their effects on organizational performance.
Based on the analysis of a set of studies published between 2013 and 2023, the article highlights the central role of digital transformation in enhancing operational efficiency, organizational flexibility, employee satisfaction, and innovation capacity.
The proposed conceptual model is grounded in the main theoretical frameworks related to the adoption and implementation of Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM), while emphasizing the importance of integrating artificial intelligence and analytical tools into HR processes.
