This research is conducted within this framework, with the objective of analyzing the contribution of business intelligence-assisted management control to improving decision-making performance.
This study is based on a systematic narrative review of the literature and proposes a conceptual model that integrates the main research findings.
The theoretical results show that management control supported by business intelligence improves decision-making performance, with the speed and accuracy of decisions serving as two key indicators of this performance.
